- milk - 1/2 c
- butter or margarine - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 4 c
- eggs, lightly beaten - 4 item
- 6 oz
- quick cooking grits - 1 c
- pork sausage, browned and drained - 1 lb
How to make grits casserole:
In saucepan bring water and salt to boil. Slowly stir in grits. Reduce heat and cook 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
