Grilled swordfish steaks
Ingredients/Components
- each - 4 swordfish
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- soy sauce - 3 Tbsp
- dry sherry - 2 Tbsp
- peeled and grated fresh ginger root
- freshly grated orange peel - 1 tsp
- freshly ground black pepper to taste - 1 item
- vegetable oil for brushing grill - 1 item
How to make grilled swordfish steaks:
In large dish, arrange swordfish in single layer. In small bowl, combine oil, soy sauce, sherry, ginger root, orange peel and pepper. Pour marinade over fish and marinate in refrigerator overnight, turning occasionally. Cook over glowing coals, basting with marinade for 4 to 5 minutes per side or until firm to touch.Recipe categories: Main dish, Fish, Saltwater fish.
