Grilled teriyaki pork chops
Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- firmly packed brown sugar - 1/3 c
- ground ginger - 1/2 tsp
- soy sauce - 1/2 c
- dry sherry - 1/3 c
- clove garlic, finely chopped - 1 item
- pork chops, 1/2 inch thick - 8 item
How to make grilled teriyaki pork chops:
Trim fat from pork chops. For marinade, combine remaining ingredients. Pour half of marinade into large glass dish. Place chops in marinade; pour remaining marinade over chops. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.Remove chops from marinade. Grill chops 8 to 12 minutes. Turn, brush with marinade and grill 8 to 12 minutes until juicy and tender.
