Green enchilada casserole
Ingredients/Components
- chili powder - 2 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1 to
- ground meat - 1 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- small can evaporated milk - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- can enchilada sauce - 1 item
- corn tortillas, quartered - 1 doz
- small can green chillies, chopped - 1 item
How to make green enchilada casserole:
Saute meat and onion until tender; drain off fat. Add evaporated milk, green chillies, enchilada sauce and soups; mix well.In casserole dish, place layer of tortillas, cheese and sauce. Repeat layers until all used. (Start with tortillas and end with cheese.) Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
