  • milk - 1 Tbsp
  • grated cheese - 1 item
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained - 1/2 c
  • finely chopped onion if desired - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped boiled ham - 1/2 c

How to make green eggs and ham:

Brown ham and onion. Blend eggs and milk. Add eggs and spinach to ham. Season with salt and pepper. Stir until done. Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
