- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- melted margarine - 2 3
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- grated onion - 1/2 tsp
- cans green beans, drained - 2 oz
How to make green bean casserole:
Combine 2 tablespoons margarine and cornstarch; cook gently. Remove from heat; stir in seasonings and sour cream. Fold in beans. Place in shallow 2-quart casserole. Bake in 350° oven 30 minutes.
