Greek salad
Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- oregano - 1 tsp
- Italian dressing mix - 1 Tbsp
- Feta cheese - 1/2 c
- anchovy fillets - 1 can
- ripe olives - 1/2 c
- medium tomatoes, cut in wedges - 2 item
- mixed greens - 2 qt
How to make greek salad:
In a jar, shake together oil, lemon juice, Italian dressing mix and oregano. In salad bowl, toss together the greens, tomatoes and 1/4 cup each of the ripe olives and Feta cheese with enough dressing to coat lightly. Garnish with remaining olives, cheese, and anchovy fillets.
