Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • water - 1 c
  • vinegar - 1/4 c
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • ketchup - 1 c
  • celery seed - 1 tsp
  • or 3 dashes Tabasco sauce - 2 item

How to make great barbecue sauce:

Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Heat to boiling. Let simmer 30 minutes. Makes enough for basting 4 pounds loin back ribs.
