Great barbecue sauce

Ingredients/Components

• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• brown sugar - 1/3 c
• water - 1/2 c
• oil - 3 Tbsp
• cocoa - 1 Tbsp
• molasses - 1/3 c
• cider vinegar - 1/2 c
• garlic powder - 1 Tbsp
• pepper - 1 tsp
• chili powder - 1 Tbsp
• ketchup - 1 c
• onion, chopped - 1/2 c
• Tabasco sauce - 1 tsp
• green pepper, chopped - 1/2 c
• celery, chopped - 1/2 c
• horseradish - 1 Tbsp

How to make great barbecue sauce:

Saute onion, pepper and celery in oil until soft. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until well blended. Great with ribs or chicken. Also good on meat loaf.
