Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 2 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- mustard - 2 Tbsp
- ketchup - 1 c
- medium onion - 1 item
- ground beef lean - 2 lb
How to make hot dog sauce:
Mince and brown the onion in butter. Add the ground beef and salt. Add more butter, if needed. Mix together the remaining ingredients. Skim fat from meat. Combine to mixture and simmer. Serve on hot dogs.Recipe categories: Sauces, Condiments, etc., Beef.
