How to make gravy:

Add your choice of seasonings, reducing salt to allow for salt in mixture.

Thin Gravy: One tablespoon flour for each cup liquid. Thick Gravy: Three tablespoons flour for each cup liquid. Cream Gravy: Use milk as part of the liquid.

When short of meat drippings, substitute bouillon cubes and leave off added salt.
