  • sugar - 1/3 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • milk - 1 c
  • chopped nuts - 1/2 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • raisins - 1 c
  • cloves - 1/2 tsp
  • allspice - 1 tsp
  • syrup - 1 c
  • grated potatoes raw - 4 c

How to make grated sweet potato pudding:

In a pan, melt butter. Mix all ingredients together, beating eggs and adding last. Pour mixture in hot pan with butter. Stir until warm. Place in moderate oven 45 to 60 minutes. Serve with sweet cream.
