Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2/3 c
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- whipping cream - 1 c
- creme de cacao - 2 Tbsp
- creme de menthe - 1/4 c
- crushed chocolate wafers
How to make grasshopper pie:
Combine melted butter and crushed wafers. Pat into a 9-inch pie tin. Melt the marshmallows, cool, then add creme de menthe, creme de cacao and whipping cream. Pour in pie crust and place in freezer. Can be garnished with leftover crumbs from crust. CanRecipe categories: Pie, Pies and tarts, Cakes.
