Grape jelly
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 5 c
- juice - 4 c
How to make grape jelly:
Wash and cook grapes. Bring grapes to boil, continue to cook until all grapes have popped (about 20 minutes). Strain juice. In a large pot (5-quart), bring juice to rapid boil and add sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Boil 12 to 15 minutes on medium heat. Pour into hot, sterilized jelly jars. Seal.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Jellies, Berries.
