Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- egg yolks - 3 item
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- graham crackers - 18 item
- Mix with sugar, cinnamon and butter
How to make graham cracker pie:
Roll and crush graham crackers fine. Mix with sugar, cinnamon and butter. Bake at 375° for 8 minutes.Filling:2 c. milk2 Tbsp. flour1/2 c. sugar3 egg yolks1 tsp. vanilla Cook milk in double boiler. Mix flour, sugar and eggs. Add enough water to make a paste. Add to scalded milk and thicken. When cool, add vanilla.
