Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- melted butter - 6 Tbsp
- fine graham cracker crumbs
How to make graham cracker crust:
Combine ingredients; mix. Press firmly into 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 375° for 6 to 8 minutes or until edges are browned; cool. For unbaked crust, chill 45 minutes; fill.Test Kitchen Tip: Heap crumbs in 9-inch pie plate; press 8-inch pie plate into crumbs. Crust will shape itself evenly.
Vanilla-Wafer Crust: Mix together 1 1/2 cups fine vanilla wafer crumbs and 6 tablespoons melted butter. Press firmly into a 9-inch pie plate. Chill.
