Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chili powder - 3 tsp
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- elbow macaroni - 2 c
- ground chuck
- cans stewed tomatoes - 2 item
- large bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- small garlic clove, chopped - 1 item
How to make goulash:
Brown ground beef in skillet, drain off grease. Put in large kettle and add all other ingredients, except macaroni. Cook about 30 minutes. Add macaroni and boil for 10 minutes on medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 more minutes. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
