Ingredients/Components
- firmly packed dark brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- butter or oleo - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- prepared spicy mustard
- can whole baby carrots, drained - 1 oz
How to make glazed carrots:
Heat oven to 350°. Place carrots in a 9-inch pie pan. In a small saucepan over moderate heat, melt butter; add onion and cook until lightly browned. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar and mustard; blend and spoon over carrots. Bake, uncovered, 15 minutes or until lightly glazed.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Carrots.
