Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- granulated sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- molasses - 1/4 c
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- Crisco - 3/4 c
- ground cloves - 3/4 tsp
How to make gingersnaps:
Preheat oven to 375°. Cream the Crisco, sugar, egg and molasses. Sift together the remaining ingredients. Add sifted dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Shape teaspoonfuls of dough into balls and roll in granulated sugar. Bake for 10 to 12 minuteRecipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
