Peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- peanut butter - 1/2 c
- brown sugar, firmly packed - 1 c
- white sugar - 1 c
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine, softened - 3/4 c
How to make peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies:
Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, with electric mixer on medium speed, beat margarine, peanut butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Mix flour, baking soda and salt. Add to sugar mixture. Stir in chips. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 2 minutes.
