Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- water
- cider vinegar - 2/3 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chopped onion - 3/4 c
- bacon strips - 5 item
- sliced, cooked potatoes - 6 c
How to make german potato salad:
In a large skillet, fry bacon until crisp. Remove and set aside. Drain all but 2 to 3 tablespoons of drippings. Cook onion until tender. Stir in flour. Blend well. Add vinegar and water. Cook and stir until bubbly and slightly thick. Add sugar andRecipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Potato.
