- salad potatoes, boiled, peeled and sliced - 5 lb
- chopped onion - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- bacon
- sugar - 1 c
- vinegar - 2/3 c
- water - 3 c
- flour - 3 5
How to make german potato salad:
Sauce:1 lb. bacon1 c. sugar2/3 c. vinegar3 c. water3 to 5 Tbsp. flour Cut bacon in small pieces and fry until crisp. Stir in flour, sugar, vinegar and water. Cook until thickened.
