German potato salad
Ingredients/Components
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- real mayonnaise - 3 Tbsp
- small can chopped black olives - 1 item
- Dijon Mustard - 3 Tbsp
- hard boiled eggs chopped - 5 item
- 10-12 lg red skin potatoes
- cloves of fresh garlic crushed - 2 item
- a pinch of paprika - 1 item
How to make german potato salad:
Quarter and boil potatoes until tender. Boil eggs. Let cool. Peel and cut eggs in 8 even wedges. Gently fold mustard and mayonnaise into potatoes. Add remaining ingredients. Fold again with wooden spoon or rubber spatula (gently). Then add salt and pepper to taste. Allow to chill at least four hours.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Potato.
