- small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- small can Mandarin oranges - 1 item
- buttermilk - 2 c
- Cool Whip topping - 1 (8
- chopped pecans
How to make peach salad:
Mix jello and pineapple in saucepan; heat, but don't boil. Let cool for 20 minutes. Stir in buttermilk, Mandarin oranges, Cool Whip and 1 cup nuts. Sprinkle top with remaining crushed nuts. Place in refrigerator to congeal overnight. Serves 18.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Time to make, Salads.
