  • finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • fresh parsley - 1 Tbsp
  • ground pork - 1/2 lb
  • water optional - 1/3 1/2
  • can sauerkraut undrained - 1 oz

In mixing bowl, combine first 10 ingredients; shape into 18 meatballs, 2 inches each. Heat oil in skillet; brown meatballs. Remove and drain. Spoon sauerkraut into skillet; top with meatballs. Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until meatballs are do
