Gazpacho dip
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- cider vinegar
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- to 3 tomatoes, chopped - 2 item
- to 5 green onions, chopped - 4 item
- to 3 avocados, chopped - 2 item
- can black olives with liquid - 1 oz
- can chiles with liquid - 1 oz
How to make gazpacho dip:
Combine oil, vinegar, salt, garlic salt and pepper in order given. Pour liquid over vegetables and toss. Chill for several hours. Note: May try without oil.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low cholesterol, Appetizers.
