Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 8 oz
- sour cream - 8 oz
- melted margarine - 6 Tbsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- onions, diced - 6 item
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- or 2 pkg - 2 lb
- corn flakes, crunched - 1 c
How to make country potatoes:
Mix all ingredients together in a 9 x 13-inch greased casserole. Crush corn flakes and sprinkle on top of potatoes. Spread 2 tablespoons melted margarine over flakes. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low fat, Side dish.
