Egg and sausage casserole
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 5 item
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- dill weed - 1/2 tsp
- milk or half and half - 2 c
- sliced mushrooms, drained - 1 c
- sausage, crumbled, browned and drained - 1 lb
- slices white bread, crust removed, buttered and cubed - 6 item
How to make egg and sausage casserole:
Place all ingredients in large mixing bowl, including bread cubes. Mix with wooden spoon. Pour into buttered casserole; cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes in 350° oven.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Casseroles, High calcium.
