Egg and sausage casserole



  • eggs - 5 item
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
  • dill weed - 1/2 tsp
  • milk or half and half - 2 c
  • sliced mushrooms, drained - 1 c
  • sausage, crumbled, browned and drained - 1 lb
  • slices white bread, crust removed, buttered and cubed - 6 item

How to make egg and sausage casserole:

Place all ingredients in large mixing bowl, including bread cubes. Mix with wooden spoon. Pour into buttered casserole; cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes in 350° oven.
