Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- celery, diced - 1 c
- small onion, diced - 1 item
- head lettuce - 1 item
- large can garden peas, drained - 1 item
How to make garden pea salad:
Tear lettuce into pieces and lay on the bottom of a Pyrex baking dish. Sprinkle the celery, onion and garden peas over the lettuce. Mix mayonnaise and sugar together and spread over the top. Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Side dish, Vegetables.
