  • bacon slices, cooked and crumbled - 8 item
  • imitation bacon bits - 1 item
  • low-fat cheese - 1 item
  • frozen green peas, uncooked - 1 pkg

How to make 24 hour salad:

To reduce calories and fat, use following substitutions: fat free mayonnaise sugar substitute low-fat cheese imitation bacon bits Remove outer lettuce leaves; tear head into bite size pieces. Arrange in 13 x 9-inch glass pan. Add celery, onion, green pepper and green peas. Combine mayonnaise and sugar; drop by spoonfuls over greens. Do not mix. Top with cheese and bacon. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Mix before serving.
