Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk
- vegetable oil - 1 item
- self-rising flour
- eggs, slightly beaten - 2 item
- sifted powdered sugar optional - 1 item
How to make funnel cakes:
Combine flour, sugar, milk, eggs and vanilla in a bowl, beating until smooth. Heat 1/4-inch oil to 375° in a skillet. Cover bottom opening of a funnel with finger. (Funnel with a 3/8-inch opening works best.) Pour 1/4 cup batter into funnel. Hold fRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 30 mins.
