Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- milk - 2/3 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- baking powder - 3/4 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- sifted flour
How to make funnel cake:
Beat the egg and stir in milk. In other bowl, sift flour. Add sugar, salt and baking powder. Add this to milk mixture. Heat grease in electric skillet to 375°; turn once. Let drain on paper towel and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Lunch/snacks.
