  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • milk - 2/3 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • baking powder - 3/4 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • sifted flour

How to make funnel cake:

Beat the egg and stir in milk. In other bowl, sift flour. Add sugar, salt and baking powder. Add this to milk mixture. Heat grease in electric skillet to 375°; turn once. Let drain on paper towel and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
