Fudgy chocolate frosting
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- butter or margarine - 3 Tbsp
- cocoa - 3 Tbsp
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- pure vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
How to make fudgy chocolate frosting:
Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Add cocoa and heat until mixture begins to boil, stirring constantly until smooth. Pour into small mixing bowl. Cool completely. Alternately add powdered sugar and milk, beating to spreading consistency. Blend in vanilla. Additional milk may be needed.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cake fillings and frostings.
