Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 1 pkg
- sugar - 1 c
- cream cheese
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- hot water - 1 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- stick oleo - 1 item
- lemon jello
- large, chilled can Milnot - 1 item
How to make cheese cake:
Mix cracker crumbs and melted oleo. Pat mixture into cake pan; save 1/2 cup of mixture to put on top of cake.Dissolve lemon jello in hot water; set aside to cool. Cream softened cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla. Beat with mixer chilled Milnot until foamy; fold Milnot into cream cheese mixture. Pour over graham cracker crust. Sprinkle with remaining cracker mixture. Chill and cut like cake.
