Cheese cake

Ingredients/Components

• graham cracker crumbs - 1 pkg
• sugar - 1 c
• cream cheese
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• hot water - 1 c
• lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
• stick oleo - 1 item
• lemon jello
• large, chilled can Milnot - 1 item

How to make cheese cake:

Mix cracker crumbs and melted oleo. Pat mixture into cake pan; save 1/2 cup of mixture to put on top of cake.

Dissolve lemon jello in hot water; set aside to cool. Cream softened cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla. Beat with mixer chilled Milnot until foamy; fold Milnot into cream cheese mixture. Pour over graham cracker crust. Sprinkle with remaining cracker mixture. Chill and cut like cake.
