Fudge sauce



  • vanilla
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
  • water - 2 Tbsp
  • light corn syrup - 1/4 c

How to make fudge sauce:

In a 2 cup glass measuring cup or microwavable bowl, place chocolate chips, water and butter or margarine. Microwave, uncovered, at 100% power (700 watts) for 1 to 2 minutes or until chocolate is melted. Remove from oven. Stir until mixture is blended and smooth. Stir in corn syrup and vanilla. Serve warm over ice cream. Cover and refrigerate leftovers. To reheat, microwave uncovered at 100% power for 1 minute. Stir.
