Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- cream - 1 c
- paprika - 1 item
How to make cream sauce:
Melt butter, stir in flour and seasonings; slowly stir in cream. Bring to boiling point; boil 2 minutes. Add paprika. (A quarter teaspoon dry mustard may be blended with flour for a slightly different taste.)Recipe categories: Sweet sauces, Sauces, Condiments, etc..
