Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- margarine - 1/2 c
- yellow cake mix - 1 item
- pecans chopped - 1 c
- chopped bananas - 1 c
- coconut optional - 1 c
- Then add bananas, pecans and pineapple, including juice, and coconut
How to make fruity cake:
Mix cake mix according to directions. Then add bananas, pecans and pineapple, including juice, and coconut. Bake according to directions on cake box. Cool then frost.Fruity Cake Frosting:1 box confectioners sugar1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla1 c. pecans (chopped)1/2 c. coconut (optional)1/2 c. margarine Cream sugar and cream cheese together.
