- chopped dates - 1/3 c
- frozen raspberries, thawed - 1 c
- low-fat vanilla yogurt - 1 c
- sliced toasted almonds - 1/4 c
- chopped fresh pineapple - 2 c
- firm banana, peeled and sliced - 1 item
How to make fruity breakfast parfait:
