  • frozen raspberries, thawed - 1 c
  • low-fat vanilla yogurt - 1 c
  • sliced toasted almonds - 1/4 c
  • chopped fresh pineapple - 2 c
  • firm banana, peeled and sliced - 1 item

How to make fruity breakfast parfait:

You will need 4 stemmed sundae glasses. Layer pineapple, raspberries, yogurt, banana and dates. Sprinkle the top with almonds.
