Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- water - 1/4 c
- candied cherries
- quick bread mix any flavor - 2 pkg
- jar None Such mincemeat - 1 oz
- candied mixed fruit - 1 lb
How to make fruitcake:
Mix eggs and water together. Add all other ingredients and mix by hand until moistened. Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake 80 to 90 minutes in 350° oven. Remove. Let set 15 minutes. Invert and remove from pan.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Egg, Low sodium.
