Fruitcake bars

Ingredients/Components

• cinnamon
• eggs - 3 item
• flour - 2 c
• brown sugar - 1 c
• butter - 3/4 c
• nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
• soda
• raisins - 2 c
• pecans - 2 c
• cloves - 1/2 tsp
• bourbon - 1/4 c
• citron - 3/4 c
• chopped, candied cherries - 2 c

How to make fruitcake bars:

Soak the raisins in the bourbon for 1 hour. Set aside. Cream the butter, sugar and eggs. Sift dry ingredients and mix together. Add fruits and pecans. Bake at 350° in jelly roll pan 25 to 30 minutes or until firm.
