Ingredients/Components
- ice cubes - 4 item
- sugar optional - 1 tsp
- fresh or frozen fruit of your choice - 1 c
- frozen juice concentrate orange, cranberry, etc - 1/4 c
- vanilla yogurt or buttermilk - 1/2 c
How to make fruit smoothie:
If using frozen fruit, partially thaw the fruit until it separates. Combine all of the ingredients together in a blender or food processor. (Note: If using a food processor, crush the ice before adding to the processor.) Process until smooth and frothy. Serve immediately.Recipe categories: Fruit, Drinks, Smoothies.
