Fruit smoothie
Ingredients/Components
- can orange juice concentrate - 1 oz
- fresh or frozen strawberries or 1 1/2 c - 1 ripe
- skim milk - 1 c
- water - 1 c
- honey - 2 Tbsp
- ice cubes - 5 item
How to make fruit smoothie:
Combine juice concentrate, fruit, milk, water and honey in a blender. Blend at high speed until thick and smooth, about 1 minute. Add ice cubes, one at a time, and blend until smooth and frothy.
