Ingredients/Components
- sour cream
- raisins optional - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- honey - 3 Tbsp
- banana, sliced - 1 item
- sprinkle of coconut - 1 item
- or 2 cans mandarin oranges, drained - 1 item
- Granny Smith apples, cut in small cubes - 2 item
- large can pineapple chunks or tidbits, drained - 1 item
- seedless grapes, cut in two - 1/2 c
How to make fruit salad:
Dressing:1 1/2 c. sour cream3 Tbsp. honey2 Tbsp. lemon juice Toss fruit together, except bananas and raisins (these darken salad). Dressing may be made ahead and kept in refrigerator up to a week or two. Add bananas and raisins before serving. Serve with dressing or pour dressing on salad in bowl; toss.
