Cranberry salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- pkg - 2 oz
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- hot water - 2 c
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- chopped celery - 1 c
- juice of 1 orange
- apple, chopped - 1 item
- fresh chopped cranberries
How to make cranberry salad:
Pour hot water over gelatin in a medium bowl. Stir until dissolved. Add sugar, stirring until dissolved. Add remaining ingredients, stirring gently. Pour mixture into a 9 x 13-inch dish. Chill overnight or until set. Yields 12 to 16 servings.Recipe categories: Fruit, Pineapple, Tropical fruits.
