  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla flavoring - 1 tsp
  • oil - 3/4 c
  • melted butter - 2 Tbsp
  • powdered sugar
  • box yellow cake mix - 1 item
  • small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
  • box vanilla instant pudding - 1 item
  • water or milk - 3/4 c
  • juice from pineapple - 1 item

How to make pineapple cake:

Icing:2 c. powdered sugar juice from pineapple2 Tbsp. melted butter1 tsp. vanilla flavoring Mix together cake mix, pudding, eggs, oil, water or milk and pineapple. Bake for 45 minutes or until brown. Ice while hot.

Icing: Mix all icing ingredients until smooth. Punch holes in cake and pour icing on top and down the sides. Refrigerate. Better after it sets awhile.
