Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- sherry - 1 c
- can sliced pineapple - 1 item
- can peaches - 1 item
- can apricots - 1 item
- can pear halves - 1 item
- jar sliced red apples - 1 item
How to make hot fruit casserole:
Drain all fruits; cut pineapple in half slices. Arrange in layers. Melt butter and mix in flour, sugar and sherry. Cook until thick as cream. Pour over fruit. Refrigerate overnight. When ready to serve, heat in oven at 350° until bubbles. Serves 10 to 12.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pineapple, Main dish.
