Pineapple cheesecake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- cracker crumbs - 1 item
- can pineapple tidbits - 1 item
How to make pineapple cheesecake:
Drain pineapple tidbits; reserve 3 tablespoons of juice to use later. Mix together sugar and flour; stir in juice. It will make a thick paste. Mix cheese real well into the paste. Add pineapple and mix real good. Put in a greased 1 quart Corning pan. Put cracker crumbs and a little butter on top. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350°. Needs to bubble in the middle.
