  • coconut - 1/2 c
  • soda - 2 tsp
  • pecans - 1/2 c
  • 303 can fruit cocktail
  • Add eggs and fruit juice and all

How to make fruit cocktail cake:

Mix flour, sugar and soda. Add eggs and fruit (juice and all). Bake in 13 x 9-inch pan at 300° about 1 hour or until done.Icing:1 stick oleo1/2 c. evaporated milk1 c. sugar1/2 c. coconut1/2 c. pecans Boil 2 minutes. Pour over cake.
