- evaporated milk - 1/2 c
- coconut - 1/2 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- pecans - 1/2 c
- 303 can fruit cocktail
- Add eggs and fruit juice and all
How to make fruit cocktail cake:
Mix flour, sugar and soda. Add eggs and fruit (juice and all). Bake in 13 x 9-inch pan at 300° about 1 hour or until done.Icing:1 stick oleo1/2 c. evaporated milk1 c. sugar1/2 c. coconut1/2 c. pecans Boil 2 minutes. Pour over cake.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Fruit.
