Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• soda - 2 tsp
• stick oleo, melted - 1 item
• condensed milk - 1/2 c
• eggs, whole - 2 item
• oil vegetable - 2/3 c
• can fruit cocktail, medium size - 1 item
• fruit cocktail juice - 1/2 c
• Mix salt and soda with flour and add alternately with juice

How to make fruit cocktail cake:

Mix sugar, oil and eggs; beat until light. Mix salt and soda with flour and add alternately with juice. Mix in fruit cocktail last and bake in moderate oven.

Mix topping together and pour over cake, while still hot from oven. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Topping:1/2 c. sugar1/2 c. condensed milk1 stick oleo, melted Combine ingredients and pour over warm cake.
