Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 4 item
• pkg - 1 5/8
• nutmeg - 1 tsp
• confectioners sugar - 1 item
• 3 oz - 1 lb
• salad oil - 3/4 c
• sherry - 3/4 c

How to make wine cake:

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Beat with mixer 5 to 7 minutes. Bake 45 to 50 minutes. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar while still warm.
